Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?

We are ready to help if you have questions about your order. You can submit an email to info @ kadomaintl.com We will respond within 24 -48 hours, or you can call 1-866-895-1182 to speak to a representative, Tuesday - Saturday 11 :00 A.M. to 5:00pm Eastern Standard time.

What forms of payment can I use?

Kadoma International Inc. accepts, American Express, VISA, MasterCard & Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA and MasterCard logo & USA Money Orders. We do not accept cash, checks or COD’s. We accept credit card payment for the exact amount of the sale including any taxes and shipping.

Is my credit card and personal information secure?

Yes, Kadoma International utilizes Authorize.net to process all payment transactions. Protecting Transaction Data - Authorize.Net uses the latest 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions for protecting transaction data. They employ industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information, securing customer data. Authorize.Net is certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.  Their Fraud Management Department is committed to providing us with tools and best practices to prevent fraud.  Their exclusive Fraud Detection Suite (FDS) helps us identify and evaluate suspicious transactions. To learn more visit www.authorize.net

Does Kadoma share my email address or order information?

We do not rent, sell, share, exchange or make available our list of customers to other mailers. We do use these addresses for our own electronic marketing purposes, but only with your consent. Instructions on how to unsubscribe are included in every promotional email.
Some of our third party partners such as Google and PayPal may have their own privacy policy and use terms. Please read them carefully before using their services.

 When I submit the order, what kind of confirmation will I get that you have received it?

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation (if you have set a username and password) that either contains all the information you need to track the delivery of your shipment online at Kadoma Intl .com or will confirm your order has been received.

 When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time of order placement to reserve inventory.

What is the Availability of the items I've ordered?

We work very hard to provide you with unique and inspired products. As a result, many of these products are only available in limited quantities or require large production lead times. When an item is no longer available we make every attempt to remove from the site immediately. If an item is currently on back order, we make every attempt to include this information with the item on the site or will send you an email or letter to the address you provided upon your order placement. If you have any questions or concerns about the availability of product on this site, please contact us.

How accurate is the color depicted of the item I've ordered?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website.  The actual color(s) you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

When will my order ship?

In stock merchandise usually ships within 3-5 business days from the date of order.  Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.  Items ordered together may not ship together.  Items not in stock at the time of order will be shipped as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.  Some items ship directly from the artist or manufacturer.

 When can I expect delivery of my order?

Kadoma International provides estimated delivery times on some product pages. Please note, these are estimated shipping times that are based on average order times from our manufacturers and/or fluctuating inventory levels due to demand, and cannot be guaranteed by Kadoma International. Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control that incur additional shipping times (i.e., manufacturers experiencing a backup in production). If this occurs, Kadoma International will contact you as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. If you need expedited shipping or you need to verify product is in stock for immediate shipment, please contact us directly.

Damages during Shipping:  If a shipped item is damaged upon receipt please notify us within 48 hours and the carrier, (USPS,DHL,UPS, ect.) at the phone numbers on your receipt. Damages MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

What Sales Tax is charged?

A sales tax of 8% is added to all orders shipped to New York addresses. A sales tax of 7% is added to all orders shipped to Georgia addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside of Georgia & New York.

What are the Shipping & Handling charges?

Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. In some instances delivery costs will vary due to availability and shipping costs will vary due to size of the product. If the item requires special packaging, there may be additional shipping and handling costs, which will be noted on the item page and Shopping Basket pages. Shipping, handling & insurance charges are NOT refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping & packaging return costs.

Because we use USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx as a shipper we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 **  Our delivery charges include our costs for customer service, processing and shipping, returns and exchanges, and some overhead.

How do I make a Return or Exchange?

If you need to return merchandise for any reason, please follow these five easy steps.

1. Contact Customer Service at 1-866-895-1182. [You may return your purchase within 10 days of merchandise delivery to you & with receipt of merchandise.]

2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from customer service.

3. A copy of the purchase receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges. without a receipt, only store credit will be issued. [Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or exchange. Refunds will be made in the same tender as purchased]. If we receive a return without a RMA Number, or it arrives after 10 days of issuing the RMA, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense.]

4. Repack merchandise in original box with original packing material. [Items must be returned in original manufacturers package with all parts, tags, ect. for return credit. Items not complete cannot be returned].

5. Return package to the address below via a traceable, insured delivery method (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post & retain your receipt) to protect against loss or damage. [Kadoma International is not responsible for any shipping loss or damage on returned items. We recommend you use a form of traceable delivery and insure your package for your protection. Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing cycle.]

Restocking Fee:

Bed linens are specially ordered and are not returnable unless defective. Table linens returned and are not defective may be subject to a re-stocking fee up to 20% based on the item returned.

International Orders

Please call 1-866-895-1182 for rates and information on international delivery. Orders shipping to destinations outside the US: All duties and taxes if imposed on your order; are due at time of delivery by the recipient (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Kadoma International). Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. Gifts sent to a recipient outside the US: The recipient will be responsible for any duties and taxes, which will be due at time of delivery. Refused shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Signature Required

Please note that regardless of the delivery method, orders with a merchandise value of $300 and more will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If your order is sent in multiple packages, each will require a signature.

Errors

Descriptive, typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
